Patrick S. McArdle, Esq. focuses on medical malpractice cases.
I work hard to give a voice to clients robbed of their health. I have experience in every stage of medical malpractice litigation in Florida. I've gone to trial in malpractice cases in Manatee, Sarasota, and Charlotte Counties. I belong to the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, a group limited to attorneys who have won million dollar verdicts and settlements for their clients.
My cases often involve amputations, blindness, brain damage, serious burns, misdiagnosed cancer, spinal-cord injury, and wrongful death. I’ve spent my whole career advocating for seriously injured people.
I personally evaluate each case, taking the time to discuss the details of what happened and who may be held liable. After becoming the youngest partner at my previous firm, I started my own firm to ensure I can handle every aspect of each case from start to finish.
While I practice throughout Florida, I focus on cases on the West Coast in Bradenton, Sarasota, Venice, North Port, Englewood, Port Charlotte, and Punta Gorda.
