My Mission
I believe the way to provide the best representation possible is to handle all aspects of a case personally. From investigation to trial, I am involved every step of the way.
I try only select cases, handling a few at a time, so that I can give the caring, detailed attention I believe is necessary to achieve the best results for injury victims and families.
I prioritize building meaningful, honest relationships with clients, referral attorneys, witnesses, judges, and juries. I also seek honest, professional relationships with opposing counsel and insurance adjusters. I want to leave a legacy of brutally honest advocacy that changes my community for the better, while treating every person with respect along the way.
I aim to practice law in a way that is, as a former client put it, “professional, diligent, and tough - without being ugly.”

My Biography
TRIAL LAWYER
Patrick S. McArdle, Esq.
I was born and raised in Sarasota, Florida. I graduated #1 in my high school class. I graduated from Davidson College with high honors, Phi Beta Kappa. I received my J.D. with highest honors from Stetson University College of Law. There, I served as the Editor in Chief of The Stetson Law Review. I earned the highest grade in eight subjects, including Civil Procedure, Torts, Trial Advocacy, and Workers’ Compensation. In school, I interned at Florida’s Second District Court of Appeal and at the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
I joined Grossman Roth, P.A., later renamed Grossman Roth Yaffa Cohen, P.A., out of law school. The firm is known as one of the premiere medical malpractice firms in Florida. I became the youngest partner at the firm, before starting McArdle Law, P.A.
In my career, I have gone to trial in malpractice cases in Manatee, Sarasota, and Charlotte Counties. I have fought in deposition, mediation, and trial for clients robbed of their health by negligent healthcare providers.
