Areas of Practice
When an error happens in a hospital, from anesthesia errors to radiology misreadings, the error can cause extreme harm ranging from brain injury to death. I have experience handling hospital malpractice cases across Southwest Florida and Tampa Bay.
When a medical error leads to an amputation, it often robs a person of independence, movement, and basic freedom to enjoy life. I have experience helping below the knee, above the knee, and double amputees who have been the victims of medical malpractice.
BIRTH and child INJURIES
To have a brain injured child due to the negligence of a doctor or hospital is a nightmare. Whether it is harm due to lack of oxygen, delay in treating kernicturus, or delay in treating bacterial meningitis, I am prepared to fight for the full harms and losses suffered by children and their families.
The third leading cause of death in the United States is medical error. I have experience helping families after losing a loved one due to malpractice.
It is unacceptable to miss the signs, symptoms, and red flags of cancer, allowing a treatable disease to grow and become lethal. I have experience handling these cases, including misdiagnosed breast cancer, lung cancer, and prostate cancer.
Delay in treatment of a stroke can make the difference between a great recovery and severe brain injury. I have experience handling misdiagnosed and delayed diagnosis of strokes.
